Overiview :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our courses to individual consumers.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Job Description:

  • Conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers with the aim of generating leads and closing sales.
  • Understanding client requirements and upselling various program.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Following up on leads and inquiries through email, phone, and WhatsApp to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Providing product or service information, pricing details, and quotes to interested customers.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM system.
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  • Contributing to team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives

Must havevSkills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Ed –tech industry training concepts and trends.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales : 2 years (Required in Ed tech industry)
