What You’ll Do:
● Renewal Outreach: Initiate timely and personalized communication with customers approaching the end of their subscription cycle.
● Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, showcase learner progress, and position Bhanzu’s programs as essential for continued growth.
● Upsell Opportunities: Identify and pitch relevant upgrades or additional programs that align with the learner’s journey.
● Customer Insights: Gather feedback and relay insights to internal teams to improve offerings and retention strategies.
● Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of renewal status, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
● Relationship Building: Foster trust and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating genuine care for learner outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, empathetic approach.
● Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
● Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
● Passion for education and belief in Bhanzu’s mission to transform math learning.
● Prior experience engaging with US-based customers is a strong advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
