Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

Company: Tutoroot Technologies Private Limited

Location: Work From Office, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST

Working Days: 6 days a week

Off Days: Rotational weekly offs

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Associate to join our team and help expand our reach through targeted lead generation and conversions.

Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage in cold calling to generate interested leads and drive sales for online tuition services. You will be tasked with understanding customer needs, explaining our offerings, and converting leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote online tuition services
Identify and qualify leads to ensure sales efficiency
Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize lead generation strategies

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales acumen with persuasive abilities
Prior experience in tele sales or inside sales (preferred)
Positive attitude and resilience to handle rejection
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
