Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Noida. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for managing lead generation, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and driving customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new sales opportunities and delivering a positive customer experience.
