Inside sales and Admin assistant

As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for cold-calling prospective leads and diligently maintaining an Excel sheet with customer details and calling status. Your primary tasks will involve generating new leads from existing clients and independently handling initial conversations regarding our services. Additionally, you will be expected to send informative emails about product descriptions and white papers to potential clients. A crucial aspect of this position will be your ability to follow up with leads via phone calls and emails to maximize sales opportunities. You will play a key role in converting promising leads into face-to-face or telephonic meetings, which you will then assign to sales team members by providing meeting calendars and customer credentials. It will be essential for you to keep track of lead and meeting data in our CRM system or other designated tools. Furthermore, you will be required to maintain records of bills and liaise with the Accounts department as needed. Another important aspect of this role will involve monitoring office supplies inventory and compiling a monthly list of required items. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the ability to actively listen and engage with clients effectively.
