Job Description

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing to clients effectively.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for campaign follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to convert prospects into sales.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and ensure timely responses to customer needs.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Support post-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Report daily/weekly performance and pipeline updates to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
