As an experienced software developer with a focus on Innoveo, you have the opportunity to join our team as an Innoveo LCNC Technical Leader in the Insurance Domain. Your role will involve leading the design and implementation of digital insurance solutions using platforms like Innoveo Skye. Here is a breakdown of what will be expected from you: Role Overview: You will be responsible for spearheading the design and delivery of digital insurance solutions, utilizing your expertise in the insurance domain and hands-on configuration skills. Leading cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture and design of insurance applications on Innoveo Skye, ensuring scalability and maintainability. - Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide developers and designers, ensuring best practices in LCNC development. - Domain Expertise: Translate complex insurance business requirements into digital solutions. - Project Delivery: Own the technical delivery of modules such as Policy Generation, Claims, and Licensing. - Integration & Configuration: Implement REST APIs, data import/export, and third-party integrations. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. - Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of code quality and performance through testing. Required Skills & Experience: - Proficiency in Innoveo Skye platform with strong configuration and integration capabilities. - Understanding of insurance domain processes, especially in Life, Health, and Compensation modules. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and RESTful services. - Experience with UX design principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Ability to lead teams and manage delivery timelines effectively. Preferred Attributes: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a global delivery model with distributed teams. - Passion for innovation and continuous learning in LCNC ecosystems.
