Innoveo LCNC Technical Leader Insurance Domain

As an experienced technical leader in the Insurance domain with expertise in Innoveo LCNC, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering digital insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture and design of insurance applications on Innoveo Skye, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide developers and UX designers, ensuring adherence to best practices in LCNC development, integration, and DevOps. - Domain Expertise: Translate complex insurance business requirements into intuitive digital solutions for Life, Health, Accident, and Compensation modules. - Project Delivery: Own the technical delivery of modules such as Policy Generation, Claims, Underwriting Workbenches, Commission & Compensation, and Licensing. - Integration & Configuration: Implement REST APIs, document generation, data import/export, and third-party integrations. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. - Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of code quality, configuration accuracy, and performance through rigorous testing and peer reviews. Your qualifications should include: - Proven experience in the Innoveo Skye platform with advanced configuration and integration capabilities. - Strong understanding of insurance domain processes, especially in Life, Health, and Compensation modules. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and familiarity with RESTful services. - Experience with UX design principles and tools for building user-centric interfaces. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage delivery timelines effectively.
