Innovation Architect

As a Senior Innovation Architect, your role involves driving high-impact innovation within enterprise organizations by working closely with clients to identify transformative use cases and rapidly prototype solutions. You will ensure that all innovative solutions align with clients" security requirements and enterprise architecture standards. Your responsibilities include: - Engaging with client stakeholders to uncover and prioritize high-impact innovation opportunities - Analyzing business challenges and identifying use cases where emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics) can deliver significant value - Developing innovation roadmaps aligned to client business goals - Designing end-to-end solutions for approved innovation use cases - Leading cross-functional innovation pods to rapidly develop prototypes and pilot solutions - Serving as a subject matter expert in emerging technologies like Agentified AI, Conversational AI, and Enterprise Automation - Overseeing the integration of innovative solutions with enterprise platforms and data sources - Acting as a primary point of contact for innovation projects with clients - Navigating enterprise processes to get innovations from idea to deployment - Contributing to defining KPIs and success metrics for each innovation initiative - Mentoring junior architects and technical team members in new technologies and architecture best practices Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Approximately 8-10 years of experience working with cutting-edge technologies in enterprise environments - Strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning - Proven experience with enterprise automation tools and integration techniques - Broad understanding of enterprise application landscapes - Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns - Demonstrated ability to lead technology projects or innovation initiatives end-to-end - Excellent client-facing communication skills - A creative thinker with a passion for experimenting with new tools and approaches - Experience working in ambiguous, evolving environments As a Senior Innovation Architect, you should be proficient in AI/ML concepts, familiar with generative AI tools, have strong knowledge of cloud platforms, be skilled in integrating new solutions with existing systems, and have experience with automation technologies.,
