Job Description

As a highly skilled Injection Moulding Production Engineer at Inventaa LED Lights Private Limited, you will be responsible for optimizing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and resolving process-related challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your expertise in injection molding processes and troubleshooting capabilities will play a critical role in achieving consistent, high-quality production outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimize injection molding processes to achieve consistent, high-quality production outputs. - Analyze and troubleshoot molding defects such as warpage, short shots, sink marks, flash, and flow lines, applying root cause analysis and corrective measures. - Conduct mold trials, validate processing parameters, and oversee mold setup to ensure seamless production runs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Monitor machine performance, adjust processing parameters, and document process changes to maintain production standards. - Provide technical training and guidance to production operators on process control, defect prevention, and equipment operation. - Maintain comprehensive production records and reports related to injection molding parameters, troubleshooting activities, and quality metrics. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related discipline. - Minimum of 3-5 years experience in injection molding production engineering, preferably in plastics manufacturing. - In-depth understanding of injection molding machinery, process parameters, material flow behavior, and mold technologies. - Proven expertise in identifying and resolving complex process defects through structured troubleshooting methodologies. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret process data and implement effective solutions. - Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as ISO and Statistical Process Control (SPC) is desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. As a full-time employee, you will be entitled to health insurance and Provident Fund benefits. The company requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in plastics injection molding and prefers candidates available for day shifts. The work location is in person.
