Job Description

🛠️ Job Responsibilities Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts. Load raw materials (plastic pellets/resins) into the machine. Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time) for quality production. Monitor machine operations and inspect finished parts for defects. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues. Keep records of production output, downtime, and quality checks. Follow safety and quality standards in the workplace. 📋 Skills Require Basic understanding of machine operation and mechanical systems. Knowledge of plastic materials and molding processes. Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or production instructions. Attention to detail for quality inspection. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
