3D Manufacturing Solutions

Create and modify 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings for prototypes, molds, and tooling. Collaborate with project teams to understand customer requirements and provide design solutions. Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and feasibility analysis for mold and prototype projects. Work closely with manufacturing, CNC, and mold-making teams to ensure design intent is met. Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), assembly drawings, and part drawings with GD&T. Support prototyping methods (3D printing, CNC machining, vacuum casting, etc.). Conduct mold flow analysis and other design validation processes. Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements for cost, quality, and lead time. Maintain engineering documentation, revision history, and standards. Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, or industry standards. Work on continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing processes. NX Software
