Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to operate and maintain moulding machines, ensure quality production, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in injection moulding and knowledge of plastic processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines as per production plans
• Conduct tool changeovers and machine adjustments as required
• Monitor production quality and take corrective action when needed
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding machines and tools
• Troubleshoot moulding issues like short shots, flashing, warping, etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for continuous improvement
• Train junior operators when required

Requirements:

• Diploma inPlastic Engineering/ MS Polimer or equivalent
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding operations
• Good understanding of various plastics (PP, ABS, Nylon, etc.) and moulding parameters
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (vernier, micrometre, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical.

Pay: ₹25,000- ₹30,000 per month
