Injecion Moulding Machine Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of machine operators and mould setters to ensure smooth workflow and optimal machine utilization.
• Monitor injection moulding operations to ensure production targets, quality specifications, and efficiency benchmarks are consistently met.
• Lead or assist in mould changeovers, machine setups, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Oversee routine maintenance of moulds and injection moulding equipment to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on machine operation, safety procedures, and production best practices.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve product issues, investigate non-conformities, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation including production logs, downtime reports, and machine efficiency records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.64 - ₹35,000.02 per month
