Job Vacancy: Executive – Sales & Operations (Air Exports)

Location: Nungambakkam,chennai.

Salary package: 25,000 PER MONTH

Office timing :10.00 am – 6.30 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through telecalling from the provided leads.
• Present the company’s profile, services, and capabilities in a professional manner.
• Identify prospective clients and schedule appointments for the sales manager to meet and onboard them.
• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and follow-up activities.
• Support in basic documentation for existing clients to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive ability
• Basic knowledge of air export processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
