Manage change projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Lead project teams, ensuring they are properly resourced and have the necessary skills and expertise.
Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
Create reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage project risks, identifying, assessing, and mitigating them as necessary.
Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure successful implementation and embedding of change projects.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure solution engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and communication.
Experience in data-driven insights and infrastructure expertise.
Proficient in managing technical debt and optimizing infrastructure estate.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with AWS products and middleware technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Python, SQL, Jira, and Microsoft Power Automate tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage fast-changing priorities and multitask effectively with minimal supervision.
Experienced in working with distributed global teams, both within and outside formal reporting lines, ensuring alignment and delivery across geographies.
