Job Description

Description of Duties: Designing network infrastructure solutions with an emphasis on manufacturer standards and best practices Remotely manage the installation of network infrastructure equipment including switches, routers, wireless, and security appliances at client sites Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems Identifying and escalating cross selling opportunities Create and maintain network diagrams and other supporting documentation Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal clients Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects at once Qualifications: Degree or Certification in IT-related field Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience with related network infrastructure technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, etc. Cisco CCNP certification Strong knowledge of Layer 2 technologies and dynamic routing protocols Cisco onitor experience Cisco & CCIE certification Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE) LogicMMeraki Wireless LAN Experience Cisco & Meraki SD-WAN Experience Cisco Identity Services Engine Experience IT consulting experience with mid-market clients a plus Strong customer service orientation Strong problem-solving skills
