Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Network & Infrastructure Management

Design, implement and maintain site level network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, firewalls, switches and routers.
Ensure high availability and redundancy of critical network services
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues minimizing downtime
Manage remote access solutions for secure OT system connections

Operational Technology (OT) Support

Maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA & PLC Networks.
Support real time communication between OT, IT and External (SLDC and Customers) for efficient data flow
Ensure compliance with cyber security best practices in OT environments.
Assist in integrating new automation technologies with existing OT infrastructure

Cyber security & Compliance

Implement and enforce cybersecurity controls to protect OT assets from threats
Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as NIST, IEC 62443 and ISO 27001

Network Infrastructure and OT systems

To oversee and maintain the reliability, security and performance of network infrastructure and OT system at our remote sites

Compliance management

Seamless integration of IT&OT environments, Support industrial control systems & Operational standards
