Your typical day will involve monitoring and optimizing database performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, install, configure, and maintain MySQL databases, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security. Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve issues, including capacity planning and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring system availability and reliability. Develop and maintain database documentation, including backup and recovery procedures, security policies, and performance tuning guidelines. Implement and maintain database security policies and procedures, including access control, data encryption, and auditing. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Extensive experience in MySQL database administration. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Network Analytics. Strong understanding of database architecture, design, and performance tuning. Experience in database backup and recovery procedures. Experience in database security policies and procedures. Experience in capacity planning and optimization. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in MySQL database administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
