Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Technical Experience Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless Access Points, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Routers, Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), F5 Load Balancers LTM/GTM and Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE. Cisco SD WAN. Maintain design of LAN/WAN including routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF)Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem ticketsIdentify potential failures and recommend solutionUpdate knowledge base with known errors/resolutions, technical documentation and proceduresCapacity management, forecasting and recommendationExcellent Written and Verbal CommunicationFlexible to work in 24x7 ShiftsProfessional Experience Should have 4+ years of experience in Network operational support/management rolesShould have supported Network deployments Should have experience performing Network transitions / transformations Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area (and understanding them in the context of the business)Educational QualificationB.E Additional Information (if any)Good To haveCCNA and CCNP CertificationsSecurity Certifications Qualification
