Job Description

Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have skills : Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools Good to have skills : No Function Specialty Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary Looking for dynamic professional who is up to challenge the usual.We are looking for talented individual who loves to automate and monitor, bring efficiency to the operations, navigate the unknown and find a better way of doing things. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain automation solutions for global configuration and releases Develop and maintain monitoring solutions application, Infrastructure, Cloud platforms, Paas and SaaSAdministration of Orchestration and monitoring toolsMaintain agents health Professional & Technical Skills Expertise in Puppet or Ansible or Chef (Administration and Development)Strong experience in any scripting language (Python/PowerShell/Shell etc.)Good knowledge to any monitoring tools like CheckMK, Zabbix , Spectrum, Nagios etc.Working knowledge of OS like Linux/Unix or WindowAnalytical mind and problem-solving aptitudeFlexibility and learning zealAbility to work with multiple internal teams to provide the best experience for our customersGood communication skills Additional information Good to have experience managing large-scale infrastructures in production environments with multiple servers or clusters.Good to have experience on any cloud platform like AWS/Azure/OCI etc.Good to have Database knowledge (SQL, relational database concept)15 year of full time education Qualification 15 years full time education
