Job Description

Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have skills : Dynatrace APM Good to have skills : Shell Scripting, Microsoft Azure IaaS, Microsoft Azure PaaS Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :We are looking for a skilled Dynatrace SaaS Specialist with hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, and optimization of Dynatrace to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Dynatrace SaaS capabilities, troubleshooting expertise, and experience with automation and cloud technologies Roles & Responsibilities:-Dynatrace Installation and Configuration:Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in installing and configuring Dynatrace SaaS for monitoring and performance management.-SaaS Capability Understanding:Deep understanding of Dynatrace SaaS features, modules, and integrations to optimize monitoring and troubleshooting workflows.-Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Dynatrace, applications, and infrastructure.-Automation with PowerShell, JavaScript and REST API:Experience using Microsoft Windows PowerShell to automate tasks, leveraging Dynatrace REST APIs for streamlined operations.-Cloud Platform Knowledge:Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, Azure Monitor, Azure Monitor Logs, and Microsoft cloud environments to enhance monitoring capabilities within Dynatrace.-CI/CD Pipeline Integration:Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps, including hands-on experience in creating Azure CI/CD pipelines, and managing source code using Git or Azure Repos.
