Job Description Support the Investment Division Portfolio teams in the oversight of Investment positions Assist with writing operational policies and procedures Reconciliations - Conduct timely reconciliations across asset classes for the EMEA time zone and assist other global time zones as required Daily management of business functions, processes and associated staff Set team goals, manage performance, hire and train staff, coach staff and people development activities Maintain relationships with external Ensure policies and procedures are current and provide oversight of policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements Provide subject matter expertise an execution support to business - driven initiatives, internal partners, leadership or projects related to operations as necessary Process corporate actions for securities held including cash and stock dividends, splits, mergers and acquisitions Setup and maintenance of security master data.
