As an IT Trainee, you will be involved in network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service support. The ideal candidate should possess Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills, Experience in Information Technology and Network Security, Customer Service skills, Strong problem-solving abilities, Ability to work effectively in a team, Excellent communication skills, and a Relevant certification or degree in IT or related field.
