We are inviting Graduates / Post-Graduates to start their professional career in IT Sales - Staff Augmentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients within the BFSI and NBFC sectors.
  • Client Acquisition:

    Manage end-to-end sales cycles including pitching, solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Account Management & Upselling:

    Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Post-Sales Coordination:

    Ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal teams.
  • Pre-Sales Support:

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Conduct product demos, solution walkthroughs, and presentations.
  • Assist technical teams with requirement gathering.
  • RFP/RFQ Response:

  • Evaluate and respond to RFPs/RFQs from BFSI/NBFC clients.
  • Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and pricing teams to finalize responses.
  • Proposal Creation:

    Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and sales documents highlighting value propositions.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    Monitor BFSI/NBFC industry trends, competition landscape, and evolving client needs.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Solid understanding of

    BFSI or NBFC domain

  • Proven experience in

    IT services or product sales

    (37 years)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to convert client requirements into relevant IT solutions
  • Hands-on experience with RFP/RFQ handling and proposal drafting
  • Strong presentation and demo capabilities
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
