In this role as a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and third parties/vendors to ensure timely delivery of Assessment projects as per the Statement of Work. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinate with internal teams and third parties/vendors - Ensure timely delivery of Assessment projects as per Statement of Work - Assist in defining project scope and objectives involving relevant stakeholders - Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, monitoring progress throughout - Manage changes to the project schedule without impacting delivery timeline - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Manage customer relationships and stakeholder engagement - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Track project performance to analyze successful completion of goals - Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps for project-related documentation - Willingness to work long hours and weekends as per project requirements Key Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in MS Office Suite and Data Analysis.
