As a Project Manager at Company, you will be a key player in ensuring successful and seamless implementations of products for customers globally. You will work on a variety of challenging projects, aiming to meet customer needs and achieve their business goals. Your focus will be on efficient, flexible, and delightful customer service, setting a high benchmark and striving for continual improvement. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Work closely with various team members to execute multiple projects concurrently for customers. - Define project scope, create clear timelines, and deliverables for customers based on business objectives. - Monitor and report on all project aspects, addressing deviations from the plan promptly. - Lead internal and customer-facing meetings to maintain project momentum. - Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing effective mitigation plans. - Ensure adherence to project management best practices and exceptional customer experience. - Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project activities seamlessly. - Resolve complex technical issues and track them till closure. - Identify process gaps and implement best practices to drive efficiencies. - Document lessons learnt and feedback from stakeholders for future projects. **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of project or program management experience. - Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or consulting company. - Project management certification like PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or CSM is desirable. - Strong working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Master Data Management. - Experience in managing complex enterprise projects. - Strong facilitation skills for interacting with cross-functional teams. - Analytical and organizational skills to handle competing customer demands. - Ability to achieve goals by focusing on priorities. - Proven ability to deliver projects using waterfall or agile methodologies. You should be passionate about problem-solving, understanding customer needs, and have a growth mindset to tackle additional challenges.
