Job Description – Project Coordinator (Interior - Residential Sites),

Job Summary.

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Project Coordinator to coordinate residential interior projects and ensure smooth execution from project initiation to completion. The candidate will act as a coordination link between clients, project managers, site teams, designers, vendors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities.

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of residential interior projects.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and completion timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Designers, and installation teams.
• Follow up on material requirements, procurement, dispatch, and deliveries.
• Ensure timely execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients regarding project updates and site requirements.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Identify execution delays and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain project documents, checklists, and daily progress updates.

Skills & Requirements

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. or Interior Design and ext.,.
• Experience: 1–4 years in interior projects or project coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of residential interior execution and site activities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

• Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
