We at Coforge are hiring Associate Director- IT Management Consultant with the following skillset:

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and preference for Business Administration, or a related field.
• Total of 15+ years of experience and minimum 8+ years of experience as an IT management consultant, with a significant focus on winning deals across various IT & BPM services and driving business transformation and value creation through technology.
• Proven track record of successfully winning deals with multi tower services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact confidently with CXOs and internal stakeholders on IT and BPM matters.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with CXOs and other people, to understand their current challenges, pain points, and aspirations related to IT and digital transformation. Conduct in-depth analysis of their existing IT infrastructure, technology capabilities, and organizational IT needs.
• Develop and articulate a compelling value proposition for IT solutions, demonstrating how our offerings can drive business growth, efficiency, and digital innovation.
• Create a clear and concise vision of the client's current IT landscape and the desired aspired state.
• Work with financial experts to evaluate the required investments, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and talent development, needed to achieve the desired outcomes. Provide a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis to demonstrate the ROI of the proposed solutions.
• Develop a well-structured roadmap detailing the sequential steps and milestones necessary to execute the proposed initiatives successfully. Align the roadmap with the client's long-term business goals and strategic objectives.
• Communicate effectively with CXOs, presenting complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Build strong relationships with clients, gaining their trust, and positioning yourself as a valuable advisor.
