We are seeking an experienced and innovative Information Technology Manager to lead our IT department and oversee the company’s technology infrastructure. 🔹 Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무

Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and support services

IT 운영, 인프라 및 지원 서비스 총괄

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals

비즈니스 목표에 부합하는 IT 전략 개발 및 실행

Manage system security, data protection, and compliance

시스템 보안, 데이터 보호 및 규정 준수 관리

Lead IT projects, including software implementation and upgrades

소프트웨어 도입 및 업그레이드 등 IT 프로젝트 리드

Collaborate with departments to optimize digital solutions

각 부서와 협력하여 디지털 솔루션 최적화

Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technology procurement

IT 예산, 공급업체 및 기술 구매 관리

🔹 Qualifications / 지원 자격

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

정보기술, 컴퓨터공학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위

5+ years of IT management or leadership experience

IT 관리 또는 리더십 경력 5년 이상

Strong knowledge of networks, systems, and cybersecurity

네트워크, 시스템, 사이버 보안에 대한 전문 지식

Experience with cloud computing and enterprise software (e.g., AWS, Azure, ERP)

클라우드 컴퓨팅 및 기업용 소프트웨어 경험 (예: AWS, Azure, ERP)

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

뛰어난 문제 해결, 리더십 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred

한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대
