Education: Must be graduated (Diploma/Distant Education will not be considered)

Job Description

1. Project and program management capabilities and having the ability to

understand precise outcomes as a part of business analyst requirements.

2. Must be well versed in the latest trends, tools, and techniques as a part

of business analyst qualifications used in the field, as well as have the

capacity to understand how businesses use technology to gain

competitive advantage

3. In-depth understanding of requirement specifications, BRD, FSD,

process flows, and creating business use case scenarios for Micro Loans3

4. Must Be expertise in responding queries and identifying the GAP by

running used cases in the LOS/CBS system for Micro Loans

5. Should have knowledge in data and MIS requirement. Data interrogation

with oracle SQL and MS SQL proficiency is required
