Information Security Lead

As the Information Security Lead at Nurix AI, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading the information security function within the company. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement a comprehensive information security strategy with a specific focus on AI/ML workloads, LLMs, conversational AI, and multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). You will be required to address the unique security challenges associated with these technologies and ensure that innovative solutions are secure by design. Key responsibilities of this role include establishing security strategy & architecture, threat management & incident response, AI & LLM security, cloud security governance, DevSecOps leadership, policy, compliance & risk management, security operations & tooling, security awareness & culture, customer trust & advocacy, and vendor management. You will need to develop and enforce security controls across multi-cloud environments, embed security best practices throughout the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, and drive a culture of security awareness within the organization. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with 6-10 years of experience in Information Security focusing on cloud environments and complex software systems. Deep expertise in AI/ML security, experience with security tools, and knowledge of security frameworks and standards are essential. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Cybersecurity, security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+), experience in rapidly scaling technology startups, and knowledge of global and Indian data privacy frameworks.
