As Capitalmind Asset Management Private Limited, we manage the Capitalmind Mutual fund and have been seeded with capital from it&aposs parent and sponsor company Capitalmind Financial Services Private Limited. The company has launched its first mutual fund schemes for retail investors, HNIs and corporates alike, to help these investors meet their long term financial goals. We have a well-rounded management team, with senior personnel in fund management, compliance, risk, marketing, investor servicing and operations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

35 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or related roles.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their basic security features.

Knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, and identity/access management.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring IT security systems, alerts, and logs across on-prem and cloud environments.

Support vulnerability scanning, patch management, and compliance checks.

Help implement and maintain cloud security controls (e.g., IAM policies, S3 encryption, network

firewalls).

Participate in regular audits and work with external consultants and regulatory teams.

Maintain documentation of security incidents, controls, and risk assessments.

Stay informed about evolving threats, vulnerabilities, and migration techniques.

Participate in phishing simulations, security awareness sessions, and internal training.

Implement security policies and procedures in line with SEBI guidelines and global best practices.

Maintain logs and reports as per regulatory and audit requirements.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to SIEM tools and cloud security posture management (CSPM).

Familiarity with regulatory requirements like SEBI cyber security guidelines.

Certifications are a plus.
