Role Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 production support for ETL and BI platforms Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Informatica PowerCenter, Tableau, and related environments Perform root cause analysis and production governance Collaborate across teams for deployments, readiness, and performance tuning Key Deliverables: Ensure smooth operations across multiple shifts (6 AM3:30 PM & 12:30 PM9:30 PM) Execute deployment and release tasks within timelines Maintain operational readiness documentation and standards Monitor and support job scheduling tools like Control-M
