Informatica Master Data Management(MDM)

As a member of Viraaj HR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to enhance data integrity. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining data models, integrating MDM with existing enterprise applications, conducting data quality assessments, and implementing data governance policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues related to MDM applications, and document technical specifications for MDM projects. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions for end-users, monitor MDM performance metrics, and stay updated with the latest trends in MDM and data management. Your support in data migration projects, ETL processes, and infrastructure enhancement will be essential in fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement Informatica Master Data Management solutions - Develop and maintain data models to meet business requirements - Integrate MDM with existing enterprise applications - Conduct data quality assessments and implement data governance policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM applications - Document technical specifications and maintain process documentation - Conduct training sessions for end-users on MDM processes - Monitor and report on MDM performance metrics - Support data migration projects and data cleansing initiatives - Participate in the development of ETL processes - Work with the IT team to enhance infrastructure supporting MDM initiatives - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations - Contribute to creating a data-driven culture within the organization Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Informatica MDM implementation - Strong understanding of data governance and data quality management - Proficiency in SQL for database querying and reporting - Experience with ETL tools and processes - Familiarity with API development and integration practices - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in project management is a plus - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy - Understanding of cloud platforms and technologies - Certifications in Informatica or related fields are preferred - Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies,
