Job Description

Position Name: Infor WMS Business Consultant

Experience: 4- 8 years

Qualifications & Responsibilities

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Consultant with domain experience in Infor WMS.
Expertise performance tuning and database administration.
Strong understanding of technical platforms, infrastructure, and database structures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and estimate project timelines.
Design reusable components and promote reusability using microservices-style architecture in SaaS environments.
Provide guidance during implementation of product performance, support, and maintenance; deliver technical support including design review, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system testing.
Contribute to practice growth by developing practice aids and best-practice collateral; conduct technical analysis sessions to translate functional and technical requirements into tailored solutions.
Enable and deliver knowledge transfer to teams on best practices and emerging technologies.
