Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Infor M3 Technical Consultant located in Pune, with some work from home acceptable. The Infor M3 Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and consulting for Infor M3 ERP systems. The individual will analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure optimal performance of the systems. The role also involves supporting sales teams with technical expertise and delivering customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to design solutions based on business requirements
• Expertise in Consulting and providing reliable technical advice to clients
• Experience in Technical Implementation , Support and Troubleshooting of M3 ERP systems
• Worked on MAK, MEC, ION and workflows
• Sales support skills and ability to communicate technical details effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with Infor M3 ERP systems is a must
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
