Infor CRM Technical Consultant

As an Infor CRM Technical Consultant/Syncsite, your role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of Infor CRM solutions. You will customize and configure Infor CRM to align with client requirements and develop data migration strategies. Your responsibilities also include integrating Syncsite components seamlessly with Infor CRM, troubleshooting and resolving any Syncsite integration issues, and collaborating with development teams for optimal system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Infor CRM solutions - Customize and configure Infor CRM to align with client requirements - Develop and implement data migration strategies - Integrate Syncsite components seamlessly with Infor CRM - Troubleshoot and resolve any Syncsite integration issues - Collaborate with development teams for optimal system performance - Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase - Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and customize solutions accordingly - Document all technical configurations, customizations, and integration processes - Create user manuals and provide training to end-users - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers - Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Infor CRM solutions - Strong knowledge of customizing and configuring Infor CRM to align with client requirements - Experience in developing and implementing data migration strategies - Familiarity with integrating Syncsite components seamlessly with Infor CRM - Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve any Syncsite integration issues - Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams for optimal system performance - Strong communication skills to provide technical guidance and support to clients - Experience in documenting technical configurations, customizations, and integration processes - Proficiency in creating user manuals and providing training to end-users - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients to gather requirements for successful project delivery,
