Location: New Delhi (On-site)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per monthExperience: 1–3 yearsRole OverviewWe are looking for someone who can build Ayouthveda’s UGC engine by sourcing 50–100 creators per month and producing powerful user-generated content.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify & onboard micro-influencers (2k–50k followers).Manage barter & paid collaborations.Collect 40–60 UGC videos per month.Maintain influencer database (500+ creators).Track performance & coordinate content delivery.Support founder-led shoots & campaigns.RequirementsStrong negotiation & communication skills.Understanding of skincare/beauty content.Ability to work with creators.
