As an Influencer Onboarding Specialist at Kalakaaar, a dynamic talent management agency connecting brands with creators and influencers, you will be instrumental in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding creators into the network. Your role involves managing relationships with influencers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and establishing the groundwork for successful brand collaborations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Creator Sourcing & Outreach:** - Identify and connect with potential creators on social media platforms based on campaign requirements and brand alignments. - Conduct initial outreach to gauge interest and explain the benefits of joining the Kalakaaar network. - **Onboarding Process Management:** - Guide creators through the onboarding process, from initial contact to account setup and profile completion. - Collect and verify necessary documentation and content from creators. - Ensure timely and accurate completion of all onboarding procedures. - **Evaluation & Screening:** - Assess creators based on criteria such as content quality, audience engagement, niche relevance, and brand fit. - Provide recommendations on creators" suitability for the Kalakaaar roster. - **Relationship Management:** - Maintain strong communication with creators to ensure a positive onboarding experience. - Address any queries or concerns during onboarding and facilitate a smooth transition to the account management team. - **Data Entry & Documentation:** - Accurately maintain records of onboarding activities, creator profiles, and agreements in the CRM system. - Track onboarding metrics and provide regular reports to management. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field. - Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer dynamics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiarity with CRM systems or influencer management tools is a plus.
