Influencer marketing manager

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that are aligned with our brand goals. Your main tasks will include identifying target audiences, crafting strategies to engage them effectively, and vetting and onboarding micro, macro, and nano influencers across various social media platforms. Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and agencies, negotiating contracts and deliverables, and managing budgets efficiently will be key aspects of your role. You will also be coordinating influencer content creation to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging, as well as managing timelines, approvals, and publishing schedules. Additionally, organizing influencer events such as workshops, launches, or meet-ups may be required. Monitoring campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI will be crucial, and you will be expected to provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations based on the data. Staying updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and new influencer opportunities, as well as researching competitor campaigns to identify best practices and areas for differentiation, will also be part of your responsibilities.
