As an Influencer Marketing Intern/Executive, you will play a crucial role in our marketing team by assisting in various aspects of influencer marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: Influencer Research & Identification: You will help identify potential influencers on platforms like Instagram and YouTube that resonate with our brand and target audience. Conducting research on influencer demographics, engagement rates, and past collaborations will be part of your tasks. Campaign Support: You will be involved in planning, executing, and monitoring influencer marketing campaigns. Coordinating with influencers for content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, as well as tracking and compiling content for approval and posting will be essential. Relationship Building: Assisting in maintaining and fostering relationships with influencers and content creators will be a key part of your role. You will support outreach and communication efforts with influencers regarding collaborations, deadlines, and deliverables. Content Review & Analysis: Providing feedback on influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards and monitoring campaign performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and ROI will be part of your responsibilities. You will also prepare reports on campaign success and offer insights for future campaigns. Trend Monitoring: Staying updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing is crucial. You will share regular updates with the team on emerging platforms, trends, and influencer opportunities to enhance our strategies. Administrative Support: You will provide support to the marketing team with additional tasks as required to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns. Qualifications: You should currently be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field to be eligible for this role. Skills & Experience: To excel in this position, you should have a strong interest in influencer marketing and social media. Familiarity with platforms like Instagram and YouTube, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools will be advantageous, along with creative thinking and a passion for staying abreast of social media trends.,
