We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be entrusted with identifying and engaging potential influencers, fostering relationships, and managing collaborations and content creation. Your responsibilities will revolve around interacting with influencers on social media platforms, overseeing communications, and contributing to the development and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will extend your support to the broader marketing team in various brand-related initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a profound understanding of social media channels, particularly Instagram and YouTube, along with a keen awareness of prevailing influencer marketing trends. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities are essential for establishing and nurturing influencer connections. The role also demands creative thinking, adept problem-solving skills, and preferably, prior experience in content creation or marketing. A basic familiarity with marketing tools and performance analytics is advantageous, and the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment is crucial for success.
