About Us:
We are a growing advertising agency based in Mulund, expanding our reach in the digital and influencer marketing space. We’re looking for a dynamic and creative professional to manage and grow our influencer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and campaign execution
• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies and campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams to align influencer content with brand goals
• Monitor influencer content to ensure it meets campaign guidelines
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, platforms, and influencer marketing best practices

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency setup
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and content trends
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• A good network of influencers is a plus
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, campaign trackers, and reporting tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
