1- Deliver clinical guidance to customers on company products and processes through consultations, assessments, and training.
2- Address and follow up on customer clinical concerns, sharing key insights with the team to represent customer perspectives.3- Act as a clinical authority for company staff on new product introductions, market shifts, and customer-driven requirements.4- Identify and promptly relay potential business opportunities to the sales team.5- Develop and conduct training and educational sessions for the employees.6- Contribute to the planning and creation of clinical marketing materials.7- Design and implement customer education programs that align with current and future needs.8- Continuously update and expand clinical and technical expertise across all company products.9- Organize, prioritize, and manage work schedules to meet customer expectations efficiently and cost-effectively.10- Maintain active involvement in professional organizations to support ongoing growth and development.11- Comply with company policies and procedures related to all assigned responsibilities.12- Regularly assess company products in the market and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support overall business objectives.
