Responsibilities Understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related IFRS or GAAP and GAAS issues Developing and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM audit approach, methodology and tools Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed. Identifying areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues; discuss with engagement teams to solve issues that arise. Required Qualifications Bachelors in Commerce/MBA Qualified Chartered Accountant 2-4 years of relevant experience working in an accounting and audit related field Strong technical skills in accounting including IFRS or GAAP and GAAS Strong multi-tasking and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication (English) as the position requires frequent communications with RSM International clients and the United States based engagement teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in Industrial Goods industry preferred Strong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPoint
