Role Description

This is an internship role for an Industrial Exposure Trainee at The LaLit Chandigarh. The trainee role is on-site and located in Chandigarh. As an Industrial Exposure Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in various departments, learning and understanding the day-to-day operations of the hospitality industry. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting the team in executing tasks, interacting with guests, and ensuring smooth workflow. Additional responsibilities may include attending training sessions, adhering to company policies, and performing other duties as assigned.
