Job Description

As an Automation Trainer, your role involves teaching and mentoring students in automation concepts, tools, and best practices. You will design and deliver engaging lessons to help students grasp key automation technologies, requiring a passion for teaching, technical expertise in automation, and the ability to simplify complex ideas for easy understanding. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver workshops and training programs, prepare modules, and handle student queries - Plan, coordinate, and provide consultation on new technologies - Train students in Automation and BMS including PLC, SCADA, HMI, Electrical, Electronics & VFDs, and more - Conduct training on Industrial Automation like PLC, SCADA, and HMI for students and professionals - Prepare Training Kits, videos, and documents, and provide hands-on practice - Manage training schedules and activities, and deliver seminar presentations remotely - Create demo applications for product demonstrations and maintain technical information repository - Travel to customer sites for training and coordinate technical support when needed - Develop digital content for various platforms Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of automation concepts, tools, and technologies - Experience in training and mentoring students in automation - Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and other automation technologies - Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas effectively - Ability to create engaging training materials and digital content - Willingness to travel for training purposes when required (Note: No additional details about the company are provided in the job description) As an Automation Trainer, your role involves teaching and mentoring students in automation concepts, tools, and best practices.
