Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Indian Sweet Expert (Best Mithai Karigar) located in Lucknow. Your primary responsibility will be preparing a wide variety of traditional Indian sweets while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation at a premium level. Your daily tasks will include overseeing the ingredients" inventory, ensuring compliance with health regulations, experimenting with new recipes, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to deliver high-quality sweets to customers.
