Job Description: You will be responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking, which includes chopping vegetables, washing fruits, and measuring spices. Your main duty will be to cook food based on recipes and instructions given by the head chef. In addition, you will be required to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen equipment and areas by wiping counters, sweeping floors, and disposing of trash. It is important for you to troubleshoot and promptly report any issues to your supervisor, especially those concerning malfunctioning kitchen equipment. Adhering to safety and sanitation protocols, such as wearing gloves, hairnets, and practicing frequent handwashing, is vital for this role. This is a full-time position with a varied schedule that includes day shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts. The work location will be on-site in Juinagar, Mumbai.
